Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Clawverse account, what data is deleted, and what we are required to retain by law.

Open the Clawverse app and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, then follow the steps to confirm. Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is removed as described below.
2Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email a deletion request to [email protected] from the email linked to your account, stating your username or registered phone number. We will process it within 30 days.
3Data that is deleted
Your name, username, phone number, email, profile photo, shipping addresses, and linked social logins (LINE/Google) are deleted or anonymized. The account can no longer be used to sign in.
4Data we retain
Financial transaction records, top-ups, and in-app purchase receipts are retained in anonymized form for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 5 years) to meet our legal obligations.
5Processing time
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days, after which personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
